The terminal will check the received request data from the call and will return a response. No customer interaction needed.

CARD HANDLE  

The terminal will display the “Present the card” screen. Customer interaction needed.

PIN HANDLE  

The terminal will display the “Enter PIN” screen. Customer interaction needed.

PROCESSING DATA  

Applicable only for “Slave” mode. The terminal will use the caller connectivity to transport specific data to the HOST and receives a response. The stage can be repeated as many times as it is needed. The terminal will display the relevant screens during the process depending on the executed call.  

No customer interaction needed.

PROCESSING OUTCOME    

After successful communication with the HOST, the terminal will return the response in this stage.
